Training Goals for the Summer
1. To cut down to under 200lbs.(Currently stuck around 210)
2. Join the 1000lb club. (Maxes of my bench, squat, and deadlift added together.)
3. To build my cardio back up and get ready for Tough Mudder and my 2nd Half-Marathon.
4. To get that Summer body & be able to run outside with no shirt. (Least important but still a goal.)
5. To eat healthier which is going to be the most difficult...
